Pastor Bo Bannister (full name – Stratford Cuthbert Bannister V) serves St. John’s Lutheran Church in Hatboro and lives in Perkasie. He has been married to his wife Annette for 25 years and has four teenagers at the moment. His background is nomadic, being an Air Force brat, but he considers Northern Florida a homebase. His spiritual background is equally nomadic, having been raised in the United Methodist Church, then journeying through evangelical and charismatic churches for a while, then becoming a pastor in the Evangelical Covenant Church in 2006. He transferred ordination to the ELCA in 2022. “Yeah, Bo’s all right,” say the majority of people who know who he is. He also likes to play guitar and sing, and can be seen doing that in worship as well as sometimes in local bars.
